I tend to just use the drive-through, but it's really fast. The AI taking the order is always accurate, and they have it ready really fast. They sometimes forget to put in the hot sauce, so check your bag before you drive away.

The food is fine. The fact that I have oder from 'Alexa' (or whoever the automated voice is) is ridiculous. Struggled for a bit before an actual human helped. She was delightful! The automated system was irritating and pushy and got my order wrong. You're encouraging customers to treat your employees like an AI program. And I'm not sure if you know, but Alexa and Siri get treated terribly.

It has finally happened; the machines are finally replacing the people at Taco Bell. Started with their drive-thru and now this store has placed kiosks on its front counter to have you place your order. Pointless if you are paying cash!!!! The customer goes through the frustration of finding what's needed, selecting every item and after all that has to wait for an individual to take the cash, if you are not using debit/credit.

Basically every TIME i come to this location they either FORGET one of my items or PUT pico on my food when i really am adamant about NO pico. Literally losing money by how much food ive either had to throw out or just havent gotten

My girlfriend convinced me to have Taco bell against my better judgement. We both had severe diarrhea al.ost immediately and for the next 24 hours. Just save yourself the pain and struggle and eat real food.
