Do not go here waste of your money and your time.
That line for over half an hour after I ordered my food and then when I asked for a reef on the Lady, oh you don’t want your food. I have it right here and then when I proceeded to tell her what the issue was, she said well I don’t see the problem, there’s nothing we can do do not go here
Literally every time I order from these guys my order is wrong. And I do not like this ai automated entity for their drive through ordering

Adding AI to the DT was a horrible choice. It rarely hears what you’re saying, you can’t substitute things, you have to repeat yourself. When I just tried to order the ai continued to say it couldn’t hear me over and over again. 4x and then when I spoke louder that’s when an employee decided to take over and say “don’t yell at our AI” if you can hear me “yelling” which I wasn’t even doing you can hear me struggling why not help the customer? Also the employee was rude as hell? Will not be returning. Also I am not some old person who doesn’t understand, I’m 23.

I ordered at the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes just for a larger fries and two burritos, and the service person forgot to give me my sauce. Aren’t drive thru supposed to be quick at making your food?

Most of the time everything is ok, but I do get incorrect orders. I like to drink the Brisk Mango Fiesta and they don't always have it in the lobby. I also Don't like the fact that if I want a senior discount I have to go inside, which negates the piont of why most seniors use the drive thru.... CONVENIENCE.

These AI order things need to go! Never is there a time we drive through without issues. That thing hears what you are asking others in the car that they want and it just starts ordering whatever it thinks it heard. Our orders are never right! Go back to real people taking the orders, not to mention your employees are tired of being ripped on for something that is not they're fault!!!

My husband and I stopped for a quick bite before heading home. The order process was easy, but the payment was a bit more difficult. Got it done and our food was ready quickly, the server was kind enough to bring it out to us. I would recommend it for a quick bite. We ordered the Taco Bell Luxe box. It was very good and a .10 cent upgrade to a larger soda was great!

I tend to just use the drive-through, but it's really fast. The AI taking the order is always accurate, and they have it ready really fast. They sometimes forget to put in the hot sauce, so check your bag before you drive away.
One of the better TB’s around. Good management. Nice update. Reliable food.
