It has finally happened; the machines are finally replacing the people at Taco Bell. Started with their drive-thru and now this store has placed kiosks on its front counter to have you place your order. Pointless if you are paying cash!!!! The customer goes through the frustration of finding what's needed, selecting every item and after all that has to wait for an individual to take the cash, if you are not using debit/credit.

The new younger cashier for drive thru was very disrespectful and he threw our sauces on our box while handing it to us. The last serval times he has yanked our money out of our hands.

Missing items including a child's milk added sauce when I specifically asked for no sauce. I ordered a12 pack of tacos. They made supremes and charged me extra! The wait time was far longer than expected. I used to work for taco bell back in the 90s. That would not have been tolerated. Please do better!
