they are foul to their employees have let a number of good employees go offof their own issues and they push and shove around people.honestly really hope it goes out of buisness. and something else amazing takes its spot and for honesty! you pay so much for already frozen food and not really an updated menu for as "High end" or popular of a restaurant that it is supposed to be. also the carpets you can look at and are gross and if they aren't it was cause they were done one time this year and the disgust it was is sadddd!!! they dont dust off the animals in there. customer service is crap you sit longer than you should especially if you have to bring children (infants and toddlers) its almost like they argue about a table they dont want or who is gonna take it. this is coming from a local our whole life. 15 years ago 5 star now a 1 star

The food was ok but the waitress kept rushing me to leave just after a couple bites by repeatedly asking me if I needed a box. She never asked if I needed anything else, just are you ready to leave. The waitress actually took my plate that had my ranch for my mozzarella sticks on it while I was still eating them even after I told her I wasn't done yet. After the 3rd time I said yes for the check because I was very uncomfortable with how I was being treated. It wasn't busy at all and it was 4 hours before they closed. I am very sorry to have bothered you with my business.

We enjoyed our dinner this evening. We were lucky enough to get Kristin as our waitress. She was working both the bar and tables. She was attentive and pleasant even with the lack of staff they had this evening. She is an employee who deserves recognition for her hard work and pleasant attitude. She is why we can’t wait to go back. 👍

We frequent this place on family outings, and it’s very nice. Good food, strong drinks, and great vibes. Views outside on the patio by the pond are beautiful…never have a problem with them, other than they can be BUSY. Plan accordingly and call ahead.

We decided to try it the Edge on a whim for a birthday celebration but will not be returning. We ordered Ribeyes but were served very poor cuts of New Yorks that tasted like they had been marinated in water and were extremely tough and dry. The vegetable beef stew on the other hand was very good, that and the amazing server were the only saving grace to the evening!

Our recent and last experience on 7/27/25 late evening with a group of 6 was terrible. Seating was immediate. Menus came. Time to order. Out of the one product most desired, the bison. And then Three of us order rib steaks. When they were delivered to our table we informed the waitress the steaks were not rib but New York. She argued and said no, those are ribs. We said no, we all are lovers of rib steak and these were not rib steaks. We then showed a picture of what a rib steak looks like. She became unpleasant. The steaks were dense, chewey, tasteless and over cooked. We spent approximately 300.00 for this experience. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Honestly, I would not give this restaurant even at one star. I haven't been here for a few years because the service is horrible and the food is terrible for the price. I don't know why I even came back. My bartender tonight was terrible. She was super snotty and rude to me with a condescending tone and then she rolled her eyes at me. I'm in the service industry, so I know how things go and this was not okay at all!! I would never treat somebody the way she treated me today.

Ate here twice during my stay. A little pricey for somethings,reasonable on others. Service was ok the first trip, and a little better the second.
