Ordered, was told they close in one minute 10PM and I couldn’t eat inside. They locked up while I was waiting No supervision for young staff. My burger was dry bun cold, had one bite and gave it to my dog. My dog ate it, but he has also ate his own feces before. Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered or came one minute later

Service was good but a little slow getting it cooked. The hasbrown bites were cooked as I waited, however the oil was either too cool and/or need to be changed as had bad after taste for being 7:39am.

This is the worst Hardees I’ve ever been too. They had five orders incorrect ahead of me and I didn’t even get my order. The lady said oh that order already went out. Yeah except not to me… I’ll never stop at the Hardee’s in Hardin ever again. I travel through here weekly. Also they acted like it was my fault. And absolutely no apology. I’ll never go to Hardee’s again. Can’t believe the customer service.

Ordered my food, and they messed it up. Went back in to have it corrected, and they messed it up again. Meanwhile, another guy that ordered while waiting for my correction had his food messed up as well.

The food was fine as far as a truck stop Hardee's goes. The 5 stars is for service. I saw one of the employees pay for someones meal who couldn't afford it. He tried to give the employee what money he had, and they refused. Not many people would do that, good folks here in Montana.

After a long , stressful day of trucking and the multitude of problems I came to eat and for some reason my card wouldn't work. The system rebooted and then wouldn't accept my visa. But the awesome staff here made my meal comped it and brought a much needed happy ending to an awful day. , from the bottom of my heart thank you so much!!!!

You buy an order to go and it is not what you ordered. Ordered an Frisco double paid for the double and got a single. Fries were not hot either. They must be trying to make bonus by cheating togo orders. Can not turn a semi around to get it right. Poor service does not get return customers and I will not likely try them again.

10:30 Why on earth would you guys keep the up a breakfast menu but not serve breakfast? The staff is super rude I think they just make the decision to switch from breakfast to lunch when they feel like it. It makes no sense that it would be programmed to just stay up while lunch is being served. I asked my husband to ask if they at least have hash browns left and the rude lady in the picture completely ignored him. You guys earned this review due to her rudeness! Then the cooks walks by smelling so bad that I’m happy I didn’t get anything. Do you guys not require staff to maintain hygiene? There’s showers on sight. The only person doing their job properly was the nice lady with dark hair preparing the showers. Overall this love sucks tremendously , we will avoid this disgusting location all together. Clean places friendly faces my tail! Really nice way to serve and treat truckers…

I stopped in as a trucker. There was one guy in the kitchen. He had no bacon. He could only offer sausage. When I got back to my truck ( trucker no one eats here if they don’t have to) unwrapped sandwich the egg was rubber and sulphur it didn’t look like food. Took it to the guy at register( not in the Hardee’s- big suprise that couldn’t even be found) it was about $5 for the sandwich register guy offered me a coffee. I didn’t want a coffee. I wanted FOOD. This was NOT FOOD. I only hope I don’t get sick .
