Stopped at Love's to get gas and decided to grab a quick meal to return to the road. Hardee's is usually okay, so we went for it. It took longer than normal to get two burgers and fries. The burger buns were hard as rocks, and the fries were cold. A few more people were in line, so we just tossed it and left. Should have read the reviews first. Thank goodness the young male cashier was nice.

I got there and they were out of shake making materials and they went above and beyond to make it right. They worked hard to give me food that was comparable and did so with a positive attitude. William the young man at the counter was so nice, and so were his fellow employees. I wish I got their names as well. We stop here when we travel and it is wonderful that you guys have such great employees.

Ordered, was told they close in one minute 10PM and I couldn’t eat inside. They locked up while I was waiting No supervision for young staff. My burger was dry bun cold, had one bite and gave it to my dog. My dog ate it, but he has also ate his own feces before. Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered or came one minute later

Service was good but a little slow getting it cooked. The hasbrown bites were cooked as I waited, however the oil was either too cool and/or need to be changed as had bad after taste for being 7:39am.
This is the worst Hardees I’ve ever been too. They had five orders incorrect ahead of me and I didn’t even get my order. The lady said oh that order already went out. Yeah except not to me… I’ll never stop at the Hardee’s in Hardin ever again. I travel through here weekly. Also they acted like it was my fault. And absolutely no apology. I’ll never go to Hardee’s again. Can’t believe the customer service.

Ordered my food, and they messed it up. Went back in to have it corrected, and they messed it up again. Meanwhile, another guy that ordered while waiting for my correction had his food messed up as well.

The food was fine as far as a truck stop Hardee's goes. The 5 stars is for service. I saw one of the employees pay for someones meal who couldn't afford it. He tried to give the employee what money he had, and they refused. Not many people would do that, good folks here in Montana.

After a long , stressful day of trucking and the multitude of problems I came to eat and for some reason my card wouldn't work. The system rebooted and then wouldn't accept my visa. But the awesome staff here made my meal comped it and brought a much needed happy ending to an awful day. , from the bottom of my heart thank you so much!!!!
