This place needs help. One person cannot run the show. Waited at counter for a while because only 1 person covering the orders. Then someone else just walks up and places their order and I’m still just standing there. I’m not going to be confrontational over a damn sandwich so I will take my business elsewhere.

Stopped at Love's to get gas and decided to grab a quick meal to return to the road. Hardee's is usually okay, so we went for it. It took longer than normal to get two burgers and fries. The burger buns were hard as rocks, and the fries were cold. A few more people were in line, so we just tossed it and left. Should have read the reviews first. Thank goodness the young male cashier was nice.

I got there and they were out of shake making materials and they went above and beyond to make it right. They worked hard to give me food that was comparable and did so with a positive attitude. William the young man at the counter was so nice, and so were his fellow employees. I wish I got their names as well. We stop here when we travel and it is wonderful that you guys have such great employees.

Ordered, was told they close in one minute 10PM and I couldn’t eat inside. They locked up while I was waiting No supervision for young staff. My burger was dry bun cold, had one bite and gave it to my dog. My dog ate it, but he has also ate his own feces before. Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered or came one minute later

Service was good but a little slow getting it cooked. The hasbrown bites were cooked as I waited, however the oil was either too cool and/or need to be changed as had bad after taste for being 7:39am.
