Order taker couldn't remember even part of my order. She'd hang up and come back later. For one meal and a cone took over 30 minutes.

Did the order app . Went in and waited 25 minutes. . Then we were told we had to go through the drive through. Went through the drive-thru after another 15 minutes waiting we were told pull forward into A reserved parking spot . 47 minutes later from when we first ordered we got our food and our order was wrong !. Well our meals were supposed to be medium size and it was all small drinks and fries . The fries where cold to the touch and they forgot a sandwich and to top it off looking at the receipt we didn't get our 20% off like it said on the app . Truthfully this McDonald's is horrible. SERVICE SUCKS and if you complain there's never a manager to speak to ! Tear it down and put in a restaurant or fast food that has better food with better prices and better service. !!!

This McDonald’s should change its motto from “I'm Lovin' It” to “I’m not eating it or paying for it so I don’t give a shit” because the service sucks, the food is usually wrong or missing, and management doesn’t care. Tonight we sat in the drive thru for an hour and the lady at the window didn’t even greet us. Handed us the food as we asked, “is this all of it?” She replied, “yes” and shut the window. It was not all of it. I called and expressed to the manager and he didn’t care. Blamed it on being short staffed and offered no resolution other than returning for my food. Um, no thanks. I waited an hour for my cold food, I’m just done with McDonald’s here. Too bad they couldn’t find good management to care about their work.

Do you want a $5 mc chicken sandwich? Hell no keep driving south for another hour to reach civilization.. I don’t why this middle of nowhere town
even exists! Keep driving another hour south to get back to civilization. Going north you’re a little bit more lucky!

Drive-Thru was backed up so I went in and it took 20 minutes to get a quick breakfast sandwich

Ok for an over night stay. This is 95% filled with full time campers. There are a few sites for short stays available. We were traveling through, and called a couple hours before we arrived to check for availability. When we arrived, we self registered, and never saw an employee the whole time we were there. We left the next morning. Sites are shady, very little gravel or grass.

Got a caramel macchiato and it had no caramel in it then got a chicken sandwich and it only had pickles with no mayo they didn’t seem busy but 🤷‍♀️

We ordered at the kiosk, paid at the counter, then went to get our drinks . Before we sat down, the lady brought us our food! Our order was correct, hot and delicious! If we travel back this way, we will definitely make this McDonald's a stop!
