We stopped by Pizza Hut on our way through Harden for lunch. We ordered a specialty pizza that came out relatively quickly and tasted good. I also had the salad bar, which included plenty of fresh vegetables.
The pizza and breadsticks looked just like they do in the commercials. Perfectly fluffy and delicious. The staff is also very nice.

I was trying to buy ranch and two drinks at 9:54 and the girl with curly hair named autumn told me that “corporate” won’t allow for me to buy it until tomorrow morning. You close at 10 pm and you couldn’t ring me up for ranch and I drinks at 9:54. Do better

Total BS ordered online and I’m pretty sure they waved it by then someone ate it then told me that I never ordered it online. Then actually tried to make me pay for the order again I don’t see how this is good customer service. Definitely won’t be eating here again.

I'm always unlucky here, I've been here three times, the first time instead of pizza they made me some kind of pie with vegetables, that was in 2024, the second time instead of pizza they made me some kind of tanned pancake, that wasn't enough for me, I stopped by here today, ordered a large pizza, waited 10 minutes and they brought me a mini pizza, They refused to redo it because they had already closed it. I wasted my time here!

Was traveling through going to Tennessee from Washington State and stopped here for a online order pickup since we were staying at a hotel for the night anyhow manager was really nice but cashier that worked the front was rude and you could tell was just there for a paycheck because tried talking to her wouldn't respond and just walked off didn't respond when I said thank you or anything
