I ordered 2 hamburgers in the drive through. Got them and there was no hamburger in either of them. How is that even possible? I got 2 bread, ketchup and pickle sandwiches. 🙄 Check your burgers people.

I went to the drive thru on October 9th 2024 and had a big order of 6 Double Quarter pounders with cheese and 6 medium sized french Fries. Service wasn't bad nor great just average. The Burgers were put together really sloppy. But the worst part is I was eating the Burger and almost done with it and looked at it and noticed the meat was undercooked and red. Also my fries had red spots on them that looked like blood. I would not recommend this location at all.
We waited in the pickup for 45 minutes until we finally went in to get our order ourselves. Then they forgot the fries. The woman at the counter even rolled her eyes at us for asking fornour fries. The fries were very salty. So much so they were not palatable.

I stopped in last night and the 7 or 8 cars in the drive-thru weren't moving, so I went inside. The woman at the register took the order of the guy in front of me and went back to prep food without saying a word. I waited and waited and gave up. Left hungry and frustrated.
