Murphy's Pub is a local favorite for a reason. The food is reasonably priced, well prepared, and delicious. Their beer selection is exhaustive (I recommend almost anything from Triple Dog), and the staff are incredible. The only drawback is the "space", it's definitely not quiet when it isn't busy, and when it is, conversations can be tough; but, hey, it's a bar, right? I suspect that once you've been to Murphy's Pub, it'll be your first, but not your last visit.
me and my companion had the most HEAVENLY banana cookie cheesecake. i think about this cheesecake hourly, imagine heaven and this is THE TOP FLOOR. i could converse about this dessert for YEARS. I want it every second and my tastebuds yearn for it. Please tell me where to find it and i will buy it in bulk. (also the waitress was very sweet we love her!) Below i have inserted a picture BEFORE and AFTER our life was changed.

Food is always very good. Tonight I went in before 5 pm . Sat at the bar, there were 5 tables full and a total of three of us at the bar. There were a total of 7 seven servers that includes the bartender. The seven servers and bartender were standing in front of the kitchen window having a conversation just glancing over their shoulders, I finally had to ask if I could please get a glass of water and a menu. One server brought me a glass of water in a menu and turned her back and walked away, I looked at the menu and sat for 3 minutes approximately well the servers were back in their little group having a conversation. One server saw a person come in and sit on the other end of the bar must have been one of her friends, as she walked by I asked if I could order my food so I could have my dinner a different server came up and took my order and I received my food in a very timely manner and the food was beyond delicious. But what I'm getting at is why do the servers and the bartender stand around in a circle and have a BS session and we are sitting at the bar the three of us and only five tables why could they not come over and greet us give us water a menu and and or at least acknowledge that we were in the facility.

We always enjoy stopping at Murphey’s when travelling through Havre. We enjoy the food and atmosphere. The servers are always friendly, and stop to say hello, when they recognize you from being in there before. We had the Nachos today. They were excellent!

Food was very good, sports bar atmosphere. Wish there were booths it was all table and chairs. Cold beer, service was good but confusing….. I was amazed whent the server told me that they had an old antiquated computer system and it did not produce an itemized check…… so you know what you’re paying for before you pay!!! That’s unusual & unacceptable in these times IMO. Check seemed high but we paid it, was not going to question, we very seldom complain!!!!!
