So I am on a train across the USA and the food on the train is not good. At a stop in Harve, MT I decided to search for food and found this place. I got cheesy noodles and a brisket on a bun. Both were quite good but I always want spicy stuff so I was kinda wanting that. I bet they had options in the establishment for hot sauce but I had to eat in the train. I also had a brownie that was fantastic. I will eat here every time I pass this station. I like adding spice and condiments...
It was alright. I got a pulled pork sandwich and my wife got the brisket sandwich. She didn't finish hers but I can say the pulled pork was good, nothing to rave about but definitely not terrible. It was ready quick and our server was friendly.
They were out of pulled pork (understandable since we showed up close to closing time), ended up getting 2 orders of brisket and 2 smoked Mac and cheese. The brisket was moist, juicy, & tender. The price was pretty high for the amount of food we got, $20 each for the meals in the photo. The brisket and the Mac and cheese were full of black pepper which is fine, but I found it slightly overpowering the smoked flavor of either item. Overall I felt it was decent food but way...
