I love Pizza Hut, even argue it is the best pizza. Unfortunately, my experience today does not justify that. I ordered a large Stuffed Crust Meatlovers sub Canadian bacon for pepperoni and BBQ Boneless wings. When my order was delivered I recorded the correct pizza but not bbq wings. Instead I recorded buffalo wings. They also did not remember the ranch or the fork with the wings. When I called to find a solution I was given the run around: “no, your order says buffalo wings,...
Ordered pizza for takeout. The food was good. The customer service was awful. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. No greeting, no eye contact, no saying you're welcome when they were told thank you. Asked for paper plates, and it was as if I asked for too much. I won't go back again. I can see why everyone is out pizza-ing the hut.
I was craving pizza; I didn't really want PH, but it was the only place to get pizza. The pizza was alright. Good service. The staff were polite and friendly. It was an hour or so before they closed.👍🍕
