Went in with a group of 6 and was told by the waitress to go see if there was room in the bar side. There wasn't any tables so we came back to the dining room side and asked about moving two tables together. The waitress responded that we could not even though we saw multiple open tables and some other parties who had moved tables together. We were told we would have to sit at two separate tables so we decided to enjoy lunch elsewhere! Probably won't be returning considering the lack of service.
Based on past reviews, it seems like this place would be great if a certain staff member was removed!

Visiting from California... Exploring Montana via the Amtrack train (the empire builder)...
Fresh off the train and starved for an adult libation and some appetizers... stumbled into this place, which appears to be a local hangout...
Everyone was welcoming, the environment was clean, the food was good (seasoned fries & ckn strips), and the libations were flowing (jack & diet)...
Lol, the funniest moment while sitting there ... asked the bartender about a taxi, Uber, or lyft, and the look on their face was priceless!!!!
If you are hoping off the train and in need of a quick snack or cocktail to hold ya over, this is it...

Felt like a very local scene. Food was good and staff were friendly
I don't know how they screwed up a clubhouse sandwich but wow.
Other than that staff was incredibly friendly and cool.
But yeah they made the sandwich as if they were mad at me lol. Lopsided, cut 3/4 of the way through. It's a shame cuz the staff was so nice.

It is actually a "casino" right across from the Amtrak station so sits on the edge of town. Neighborhood was a little industrial but once inside it was like being at a small town restaurant with friendly staff and good food. My husband had and open face roast beef and I had a Reuben, both delicious. Don't let the exterior put you off, it's an older building but clean inside.

We got a sandwich and Cobb salad to go. Our waitress was quick and really friendly. We had a beer while we waited. The food was great! The Cobb salad had generous amounts of chicken and really good bacon, and perfectly ripe avocado slices and a whole sliced boiled egg! Plus lettuce and tomato and cheese. The blt was tasty and fries were good too. Definitely recommend!
