I have tried for 2 days to call in an order for lunch and it's busy. Monday, I called over 20 times, today it's been over 5. can't get any answer from. Jean on messenger, either. why would they not take call ins at lunch??? yesterday, I started calling at 1130. They are going downhill fast. Pretty soon, we won't have a Rods which is a real shame, I remember it when it was BCDI. Their customer service is terrible!!!!
I give them a 0 for service!!!
Their food just doesn't taste like it used to. And the price is over the top for what you get.
