Expensive for what it offers and we didn’t enjoy the food, despite being fans of diner fare. The service was good. Overall probably just a trap for tourists like us trying to pick good local spots.

Let me start by saying I haven’t even left the building yet. In and out within 30 minutes, food was VERY good, and we are close to popping. It was $50 with tip for 2, but it is very much worth it. Hand pattied sausage, homemade jams, large portions, great waiter/staff. Even bought a jar of the jam.

Carolyn’s is a quaint little café with a wonderful small-town atmosphere. The food is always fresh, delicious, and comes out quickly. The service is fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or sitting down to relax with friends. A real gem worth visiting!

Come to Carolyn’s hungry because the portions are so big. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and I ordered the combination. Both meals were super yummy. I couldn’t finish my meal, so my husband finished mine. Great breakfast spot!

Perfect breakfast place! The food was amazing and such fast service. It is very small but it a great way. They do have a small outdoor area to eat at too. Don't skip this place!

This little gem of a cafe is worth stopping by. The place is spotless with the yummiest of breakfast options (I highly recommend the huckleberry pancakes). Service is great too!

Carolyn’s Café in Hungry Horse, Montana is a small, quaint spot tucked next to a convenience store and ATV rental shop, so definitely plan to get there early since seating is limited. Thankfully, we didn’t wait long.

Breakfast was delicious—fluffy pancakes with tasty jams were the highlight, and everything felt fresh and homemade. The cinnamon bread wasn’t my personal favorite, but still enjoyable overall. We were so hungry I didn’t have time to take pictures of the food—only what was left!
What really stood out was the service: they only had one waitress handling the whole place, and she was incredible—fast, efficient, friendly, and completely professional.

This is exactly the kind of small-town café you hope to find when traveling. Cozy and welcoming, a must-try when passing through Hungry Horse!

Stopped here for breakfast on my way to the airport. Despite being busy, the staff was incredibly efficient and quick. I had an amazing breakfast and continued my way to the airport very well fed and caffeinated.

Stopped in for some huckleberry pancakes and they delivered. Great little spot to stop in for breakfast before heading into glacier.
