Ordered 3 bags of twists and received the wrong product. I immediately contacted them and was told to keep the incorrect product and that they would ship me the correct order. I was very pleased until I realized the lied to me and never shipped my corrected order. Beyond that, they do not respond to my-mails and notes asking for information on the order. While I am disappointed the I never got the candy, I am more disappointed that they were not honest about their intent....read full review
This place has undocumented workers. one of the workers has sexually assaulted one of the young girls that worked there. The girl told management and she was told to stay away from the guy. This place should be shut down. Shame on you Huckleberry Patch. You need to do better for our community. Do not support this business they have failed to keep the young girls safe. Very Disapointing.
When I opened an order placed before Christmas, I found two jars of preserves had been left out. I emailed the Huckleberry Patch, and within two hours, they replied with an apology and the corrective action they took.
In our fallible humanity, we will always make mistakes. It's what we do about them that counts. Because of the integrity demonstrated by this employee and company, I will be ordering more frequently.
The Huckleberry Patch has earned my highest recommendation.
