We stopped by River Bottom today for lunch and everything was great. Walker the bartender/server is great, as well as the new owners Stacy and Dan.
I have only been to Hysham two times in my life, and have never met any of these people before last week, so this is a genuine review of a great experience.
We certainly hit the jackpot with the meal we ordered. This is not to say that I wasn’t expecting good food with the lunch crowd they had when we arrived…. But boy did...
Great dive spot for a decent bar meal. I've hit it up for lunch while working out in that area and food has always been good. Traveling through I'd definitely recommend for a quick bit to go.
