I had high expectations prior to going here based on the reviews. The coffee was terrible, probably the worst cappuccino I've ever had. It tasted very burnt. Very strange tasting. The pastries looked so good in the pictures but they were dry and lacking flavor. I didn't even want to finish mine. The guy who presented himself like an owner, was very rude to the people who went in in front of us and told them to move the line. They ended up leaving after how he treated them. People don't automatically know where you want them to stand in your cramped entry. Make it clear or be kind when you ask. This is definitely a tourist trap. Don't waste your time or money.

I've always had a good experience with this business in the past- Customer service and general interaction has gone down hill. Won't be back.

Great food. Only reason I dropped starts was due to not receiving a modification I paid for 2 of 3 times. Food still great.

This little coffee shop is adorable—cozy, charming, and perfect for a slow morning or catch-up with a friend. The food is absolutely amazing (seriously, everything we tried was delicious), and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The coffee is solid, too—nothing overly fancy, but definitely good.

The biggest downside is that the service is very slow. No matter what you’re ordering, budget at least 45 minutes. We did find that placing an online order sped things up slightly, so that might be the way to go if you’re in a hurry.

Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re not in a rush. Worth a visit for the food alone—but just know what you’re walking into.

Really good coffee and amazing coffee shop. Roast there beans on site which is really nice to see. Even though they were packed when we were there, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was also really good and they source local ingredients as well. I would highly recommend checking them out.

We stopped at Glacier Perks Coffee House before a hike, and while the wait was definitely on the longer side, the food and coffee were worth it. Everything we ordered tasted great and gave us the fuel we needed for the day. It’s clear they’re doing their best, but the time it took to get our order could use some improvement. That said, it’s peak season and the line was out the door—so the delay is understandable. Just plan for a little extra time, and you’ll be good to go!
