“Wow 🤩 hands down the best smoked meat we’ve had in a long time! We tried Lost Texan Pit BBQ today at the food truck battle in Billings, MT, and it was absolutely phenomenal. My Dino ribs were bigger than both my fists 🤣, and they melted in my mouth. Perfect bark, smoky flavor, and so tender it practically fell apart. The jalapeño sausage was incredible too, just the right jalapeño kick with perfect smokiness. And my husband had the brisket sandwich, which he swore was the absolute BEST he’s ever had. “We stopped in early on a Thursday evening and it was our first time. We sat and had food within 20 mins. Everything was phenomenal. Ribs were literally falling off the bone and had the perfect level of smoky flavor. Chicken was tender and the brisket was fantastic. We had one of each side between the 3 of us and not a single one let us down. Kind, quick, thorough service too! 10/10 highly recommend!“
