I was just passing through this area and stopped for gas and was hungry. I looked over and saw this place, I thought it was going to be like Panda Express. Boy was I wrong, this place is so freaking good. The chicken was nice and crispy, the sauce was almost caramelized onto the chicken. Great flavor overall. I highly recommend this place, I wish we had one in my area.

Wow. This place isn't very good. My sister decided to get us some for a nice night in and the only thing that was nice about the whole meal was the Fanta. The chow mein was dry, the crab wontons weren't real wontons and the sweet and sour sauce tasted and smelled like warm ketchup. This place isn't worth the hype. You're better trying to make this stuff yourself at home.

Probably some of the most awful food I ever had, Was talked up to it but was highly disappointed. Food was barely warm, employees weren’t very interactive, atmosphere was borderline depressing. Went there a couple weeks ago but just now getting around to the review. I hate leaving bad ones but this one made me feel sad and unwelcome, Threw away half my food cause it just didn’t seem too good. Who ever cooked the food definitely seemed to be a sad person or something cause the food just had no love in it or anything

I thought this was a panda Express and I ate here and it was so good. Then I went to Panda Express in Helena and Missoula and Phoenix and could not understand why Panda Express was so shitty there, I could not wait to come back to Laurel and then when I got here the second time I realized it was Chen's express and is so much better than Panda Express and better than every Chinese restaurant in the country. The BBQ chicken here is the best. Everything Panda Express does this place does 10x better. The portions are bigger better , I already ate half my chicken before photo. Real Asian guy working in the kitchen too, diversity is not a strength, if you go to a Chinese place and they don't got a asian guy cooking it won't be good, this place is the best and I come every time I am in town.

Just came from Chens. Normally I try to find something good to say.. But this time.. I CANNOT.. The food was barely lukewarm.. When I returned it to the employee he went to the back to get fresh but then continued to serve other customers barely lukewarm food. I walked out...I thought there was food temp checks in restaurants but I guess not. I will NEVER be back!

Went above and beyond. was only one person inside I saw working tonight and he was friendly I thought he wasn’t understanding me but he got it and even got us everything we need while doing it all everything himself.
