Only got 5 little pieces of chicken for my orange chicken and it was old and the fried rice was scorched. I tried to call but a person would pick up and then hang up. I guess when I come back through I'll have to go in to ask for my money back or the food be replaced. It was an adult too ... the kids running the show at night seem to do better.

Boy oh boy, I’m not from Montana I’m from Texas. Idk if this is the Chinese food standard up here or not so I’ll keep that in mind. This is obviously a Panda Express clone….. it’s bad. I mean edible, but real bad. Maybe I went on a bad day I’m not sure. Everybody seems to be giving high reviews so maybe it was a fluke. To me this is the nastiest Chinese food I’ve eaten ever. I feel like it wasn’t fresh at all. I’m not going to bash it too much more since y’all seem to like it but man that was rough. I’ll try again next week and hopefully I’ll be able to edit this review for the better.

I’ve ate here 10+ times and every single time the crab goons are extremely crunchy and just all around not goodI still get them and deal with it but I wouldn’t recommend them

On 3-4 at approximately 630pm I went thru drive thru and ordered one entree plate with bbq chicken. When I pulled up to drive thru window I saw teenage girl with braces scooping white rice into to go container. After she put spatula down she reached into container with bare fingers and ate some of the rice. She then proceeded to steam table and added to chicken. She then brings container that she out of to the drive thru window. I asked her if she was seriously going to serve food that she put her dirty hands into and ate out of to customer. She apologized and said she was new and “couldn’t help herself.” She offered to remake food and not charge me. I declined, if she openly does this in front of customer, what is she doing when customer is not watching? It looked like a bunch of teenagers were working. I called today and asked to speak to a manager, only to be told there wasn’t one working and there would not be until Friday or Saturday. I will not return to this restaurant and I will warn my family and friends not to either.

Went through the drive thru tonight. I ordered one entree plate with barbecue chicken and white rice. As I pull up to window I see worker scooping out the white rice, as soon as she put spatula down she takes a handful of rice out of the box and shives it in her mouth. When she opened drive thru window I said did you seriously just take a bite out of my rice. She immediately starts apologizing profusely, saying she is new and she "can't help herself." She offered to make me a new plate for free, I told her no thanks. I am all for hiring teenagers, but you need to make sure there is some responsible person supervising them. I will not be back!

Great place for the most part, I go there semi frequently. However, when I go through the drive thru, I am consistently left without utensils. I suppose I could just go in and grab them, but that feels antithetical to the idea of a “drive” thru.

We have ordered twice for delivery from this location. For the most part the food is great. But when you order Sweet and Sour Chicken, the sauce comes on the side. Problem is, both times, they forget the sauce in the bag. Without the sauce, it is lousy. When we called, the lady that answered the phone seemed very uninterested. She didn't even apologize. That entrée was a waste of money. And the food is not cheap. It is great to have good restaurants come to Laurel, but we will think twice about getting it delivered.

The food has been consistently good, the three times I have been here.The service was good today. But, was very poor the two previous visits. We were hoping it was "growing pains" since this is a relatively new restaurant.What REALLY bothers me, and everyone in our group, is the OBNOXIOUS Mexican music that can be heard coming from the back. Each visit is overwhelmed by being forced to hear this noise.The staff, in the back, (I assume they are the cooks) can be clearly heard speaking Spanish. Never English.But the Mexican music is what makes us not want to come back again.

Amazing food, but absolutely terrible customer service. There is only 1 lady that is nice and everyone else is high schoolers who are lazy enough to open their eyes. We went there and purchased SMALL combo- 1 entry and chow main. That’s what we got. At the cashier we were charged for MEDIUM and when we asked why, the answer was “we added appetizers”. Where? My husband was not in the mood to argue and paid. Doubtful we will be back if they don’t fix their service and stop overcharging.
