Not once have I been disappointed by how my coffee/food tastes. But the last two times I have gone, mu coffee had the syrup flavoring just at the bottom of my drink when its usually blended in. ( I get a vanilla chai frappe) so it should be all blended in together but instead, it tastes like they blend ice, and the milk together and leave the flavor out until they put it in the cup.

City brew is alright. I get my coffee there every morning almost. They don’t quit make my Carmel macchiato correctly but it always taste good. The last server I had for my drink made it correctly and it was amazing Hailey Y! Great job!

Went here yesterday to order an egg, cheese, and sausage muffin. The barista took my order and payment. 15 minutes later, the staff asked if I had ordered something, and if so, what? Staff found my ticket, started making my order, and meekly apologized for the long delay. One more thing, the breakfast sandwich was very bland and lots of grease. Disappointing for such an expensive experience.

Always had a good experience at City Brews, but the last few weeks (Sept-Oct ‘24) the drive through at this location has been absurdly long. 20-30 min wait to get to the window with only a few cars in line, and then they want to ask for a tip still?! Won’t be back until I see a change in service levels.

This is the worst coffee shop I have ever been to... The coffee is gross they make it too fast and the coffee is cold. The staff is a bunch of bratty teenagers who can't be nice for the life of them. The food was cold... The inside of the store is also disgusting like no one has ever cleaned it before... The bathrooms are even worse.... don't go here is it disgusting and overpriced for them just to push some buttons...
