Great drinks always and super friendly staff but the last 2 times I’ve ordered a 24 oz they have charged me for it but have given me a 20 oz. The first time was a couple weeks ago and Heidi was super nice and remade it but today when I went through, I’m pretty sure whoever was on drinks just added more ice to my drink because I got it back almost immediately after I said something. My drink was just in a 24 oz cup with more ice. I understand not wasting product which is totally okay with me but I would’ve appreciated if they added a little bit more milk and flavor to the original because that’s what I paid $8 for instead of just 4 oz more of ice.

I put 5 stars because I genuinely love this coffee shop and the girls that have been there for a while, I have never had a bad coffee from here until I had to switch to decaf. Sometimes it’s just not as flavorful being decaf and I understand that but the hot decaf caramel latte I ordered this morning was awful!! It doesn’t taste like coffee or caramel it just tastes like hot milk water. And normally I wouldn’t make a fuss but being a stay at home mom, leaving the house and buying myself a coffee is a huge treat for myself and the coffee I have is not even worth drinking and I feel like I wasted my money on this one. Again, love Heidi and the Cabin! My husband and I are very loyal customers and have had so many amazing experiences here, I just feel a little disappointed at how bad that decaf latte was…
