Food was decent but took 30 minutes longer than expected for pickup with short tempered angry Lil girl working back counter. It's a sports weekend. Staff accordingly and happier staff makes for return customers.

I ordered online and came in to get my order. Checked in a were told they would have it out shortly. My husband and I came in right before a family of 6, they had their order taken and out before we even got our sandwiches and drinks! I asked how long it would be before we got ours since we had been there before that family, and placed our order online and we basically were told “sorry for the inconvenience, did you want your drink cup?” I’ve had great experiences at all other jersey mikes, but i will not be returning to this one because of this situation.
