Food was delicious. drive thru was hard to hear each other because it's right by a road that is heavily used. Took forever to order because of this and order was only half correct. Because of this I recommend dining in.

All good things to note about this location, and in particular the employee who served the pick-up window during my visit today. I didn't grab his name, but he has a fantastic attitude that I believe benefits and adds greater value to this location. I had asked prior to taking the attached picture, but we have a running joke in my department that my boss dislikes using drive-thrus when getting personal or work-related meals. I was picking up an order for a work lunch for my group, and I shared this picture with my coworkers. It made them all laugh, including my boss, and each one of them (including me) noted how great this guy's smile was and how it appeared that he enjoys his job.This review/message isn't to say our other interactions haven't been equally great, but I did want make sure I shared how noteworthy this guy's personality was. Thank you for the food, it was delicious!!! Tried uploading this information to the Jimmy John's website, but it kept giving an error message? I don't know, the information is out there at the very least. ?

I have never personally had a bad experience with Jimmy John's, I enjoy their unwhich every time. I have gotten delivery and gone through the drive through and they never forget my toppings or sides and I appreciate the kind customer service. I would highly recommend as I find it be very filling and delicious! 10/10

Was not happy at all. May not order from this jimmy johns again. We order 2 sandwiches one drink 2 bbq chips and 2 red velvet brownies. My order went through. Waited over an hour for our food. I called the store they told me it was on the way I said ok thank you. Then we waited another hour. And still never got our order. We waited 2 full hours then ended up going somewhere to get food.
