The individuals working at this location, leave much to be desired. They barely speak to you when you order, look at you like you have four heads when you ask a question about a sandwich on the menu, and are honestly… very rude. I’ve been at Jimmy John’s locations in other states and loved them, we gave this one 3 chances, and we’re not impressed each time. They stare at you like they deserve a tip, while they whisper and speak at a barely audible level when asked simple menu questions then try to rush you out the door when it’s an empty restaurant- TikTok is not that important get off your phone and please engage with the customer in front of you, good grief.

They had no French bread. How can that even happen. Had to get a wrap or square bread. And workers covered in sickies so gross to see. Necks covered in bruises not small either. But really no French bread !!

Food was delicious. drive thru was hard to hear each other because it's right by a road that is heavily used. Took forever to order because of this and order was only half correct. Because of this I recommend dining in.

All good things to note about this location, and in particular the employee who served the pick-up window during my visit today. I didn't grab his name, but he has a fantastic attitude that I believe benefits and adds greater value to this location. I had asked prior to taking the attached picture, but we have a running joke in my department that my boss dislikes using drive-thrus when getting personal or work-related meals. I was picking up an order for a work lunch for my group, and I shared this picture with my coworkers. It made them all laugh, including my boss, and each one of them (including me) noted how great this guy's smile was and how it appeared that he enjoys his job.This review/message isn't to say our other interactions haven't been equally great, but I did want make sure I shared how noteworthy this guy's personality was. Thank you for the food, it was delicious!!! Tried uploading this information to the Jimmy John's website, but it kept giving an error message? I don't know, the information is out there at the very least. ?
