New management, owners that make an appearance and talk to customers to show appreciation. We as regular customers get treated like an afterthought because we are are always there spending money and the staff knows we won't leave, but when there are 2 or 3 people in there and the bartender is running in circles thinking they are busy it's time to make a change
The staff is very nice. The food is excellent!!! I love playing Bingo on Wednesday nights!!!
Pretty disappointed with the Palace this weekend. I called a week and half ago because I wanted to make a reservation for my son's birthday party for April 6th. They told me they don't take reservations but would have open bowl starting at 1pm. I purposely planned the party to start at 1pm with hopes of getting 2 lanes right next to each other.
