Very friendly staff, clean establishment, good food, good casino, good drinks, good prices on bowling, and has a pool table. Kid friendly.

Day shift waitress was awesome..came to our table multiple times and asked us what we needed...night shift waitress did not come to our table one time...we had to go up to bar and ask for beverages...we were the only table in the bar area..there were a couple people at the bar, no other tables .. but no table service for us.
Do enjoy going there but service was poor.

Pretty disappointed with the Palace this weekend. I called a week and half ago because I wanted to make a reservation for my son's birthday party for April 6th. They told me they don't take reservations but would have open bowl starting at 1pm. I purposely planned the party to start at 1pm with hopes of getting 2 lanes right next to each other. Yesterday my in laws arrived to the bowling alley before I did and very rudely were told they were not allowed to be there because of a tournament. So we had no choice but to take our business elsewhere. Mind you this was a kids birthday party and having to scramble last minute trying to find a new venue as well as notify all of our guests, including people coming from over an hour away.Normally we really enjoy the Palace but they have now lost our business in the future. Do better.

From out of town ,went in for dinner. Nostalgic place, the girl that served us was a total sweet heart. The food was good .

Went in for lunch and got ignored for the first 10 minutes we were there then got our drink and food orders but did not see our waitress after getting our food until we had to stop her and ask for our bill, then had to wait another 15 minutes to get paid and a box for my left overs. Waitress had no clue what she was doing and didn’t know how to take care of customers definitely needs a second round of training considering it wasn’t busy. I asked for my steak to be medium rare and came out well done. I think the bar side needs some serious help with training.
