Had dinner there. Was slow but people were gearing up for the holidays. The burger that I had was pretty good along with the taste tots. Bartender was very pleasant.

New management, owners that make an appearance and talk to customers to show appreciation. We as regular customers get treated like an afterthought because we are are always there spending money and the staff knows we won't leave, but when there are 2 or 3 people in there and the bartender is running in circles thinking they are busy it's time to make a change

Made the drive from Billings for Wednesday Bingo. It was busy, so service was understandably slower. Chicken tenders were quite yummy! There was a little snafu with my beverage, but the manager, Tori handled it graciously. 👏 Her professionalism is what earned 5 stars.

Day shift waitress was awesome..came to our table multiple times and asked us what we needed...night shift waitress did not come to our table one time...we had to go up to bar and ask for beverages...we were the only table in the bar area..there were a couple people at the bar, no other tables .. but no table service for us. Do enjoy going there but service was poor.

Pretty disappointed with the Palace this weekend. I called a week and half ago because I wanted to make a reservation for my son's birthday party for April 6th. They told me they don't take reservations but would have open bowl starting at 1pm. I purposely planned the party to start at 1pm with hopes of getting 2 lanes right next to each other. Yesterday my in laws arrived to the bowling alley before I did and very rudely were told they were not allowed to be there because of a tournament. So we had no choice but to take our business elsewhere. Mind you this was a kids birthday party and having to scramble last minute trying to find a new venue as well as notify all of our guests, including people coming from over an hour away.Normally we really enjoy the Palace but they have now lost our business in the future. Do better.
