Wow 🤩 hands down the best smoked meat we’ve had in a long time! We tried Lost Texan Pit BBQ today at the food truck battle in Billings, MT, and it was absolutely phenomenal. My Dino ribs were bigger than both my fists 🤣, and they melted in my mouth. Perfect bark, smoky flavor, and so tender it practically fell apart.

We saw Lost Texans post on Billings Food Truck Tracker page. They were advertising their Huckleberry Brisket Burnt Ends. We knew we had to have them. I went and stood in line during my lunch hour, only to receive the last order of them. Let me tell you, receiving the last order of the Huckleberry Burnt Ends is better than winning the lottery. Absolutely PHENOMENAL. We are blown away!!! Highly recommend!!!
