Ordered a taco pizza. It came with sausage on it and not hamburger. I called the store after waiting for over 10 minutes finally got to tell someone it was incorrect. He proceeded to argue with me that they haven't had any sausage in the store because of supply chain issues. I know what sausage looks like and tastes like, this was sausage.

The last 2 times I ordered a pizza from here the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. It was like eating raw dough. I thought I would give it another try. Got home and the same thing. Will not be going back to this pizza hut. Quality control, food safety, it's not there.

Stop in as online says open until 10:00 I get there at 09:15 man say oh we’re closed ??? False advertisement I absolutely will call corporate if your closed why is door open? I believe the young man did not want to be bothered.

In 2 years, I've never had a messed up order, until last night. I came in this evening and talked with Ethan and he made it more than right. This place is the best Pizza Hut I've ever ate.
the food quality has improved so much. and the customer service is amazing. i am very happy with this location.

Put an on line order paid for it it said will be ready in 23 mins went over they could not find our order this pissed me off and did not get us out pizza so paid 39 bucks for nothing what a crock.dint even deserve one star

BEWARE. Do not give this place a poor review or comment on drivers not even offering change. They will refuse your orders even when you have their drive on video being rude and disrespectful. Good food

To be honest, l would have rated a 3 at first but the great customer service I received immediately changed that. I drove 10 hours out here for work and was absolutely starving I order two pizzas for take out, they weren’t great quality, one was undercooked and not cut and the other was just unappetizing. I called the store and spoke to the manager and they delivered two new pizzas to my hotel so I didn’t have to drive back at no charge and the pizza they delivered was top notch quality and quick. I wish I had gotten the store managers name but thank you so much for your help and correction.
