The service was wonderful, but the WRAP that thing is disgusting. It taste like wet flower. It was gross. It almost made me throw up.
I am not even going to eat my other half because it literally grossed me out
I am from WY and stopped for lunch at this place. This young gal (kid) by the name of Heaven was in the facility, running it by herself. I mean to tell you what, THIS GIRL was firing on all cylinders. I haven't experienced service like what she offered in years. She took care of probably 10 customers while I was there. Positives attitude and kind. The owner of that Subway is fortunate to have such a kick butt person working for them.

About 6.19PM today one of your employees put olives in a veggie delite sandwich when I said no olives!

Atmosphere average, but place needs cleaned. None of employees were even talking to each other. Order sandwich with extra meat, charged me for double. There is a difference. However the meat slices were so small, it wasn't even like a full serving. Also, it was roast beef and half was fat. Some places have bad days, but I dont think this was that! $42 for 2 combos

The worst sandwhich I have ever gotten. The Lettuce smells so absolutely rotten that I almost gagged, the entire sandwhich is completely inedible. Will not be coming back to this location. Absolutely disgusting.

so, i work professionally in a restraunt, i have even worked at a Subway once upon a time. i live an hour away from Billings and stopped by here before heading home with my little brother, who was starving for Subway...30 minute total wait time, theres a lot to unpack here...
-there was a small rush with 2 workers, a younger gentlemen and a very polite older woman.
-we were only getting 2 sandwhiches, plus the to-go order my boyfriend back at home had placed for me to pick up for him, the family in front of us were having an entire cambro of meatballs heated up for them, no problem.
-the younger gentleman was in the middle of working on my boyfriends to-go order until he suddenly abandoned it completely for a 10-15 minute "bathroom break". this poor older woman kept apologizing on his behalf repeatedly while trying to get the family in front of us finished since there was a line forming.
-meanwhile everyone was having a very hard time hearing each other over the protective glass.
-one gentleman in line had left and went somewhere else at this point.
once the younger gentleman was back from his "bathroom break", they had to play leap frog with us to get our food finished because they had started our food before finishing the families ahead of us. it was very chaotic.
-the younger gentleman, i believe he was just trying to go fast, he was flinging pepperoni and tomato slices back towards the containers like no tomorrow, i missed if they made it into their original containers or not. they were both very apologetic about the wait time checking me out.
i have nothing else to say beyond that, it was just....a lot. i know if i took "bathroom breaks" like that at my job, i would be finding a different job. i dont think ill return here on my next shopping trip, sucks since its the closest one to me in a 45-55 mi. radius. ?
