so, i work professionally in a restraunt, i have even worked at a Subway once upon a time. i live an hour away from Billings and stopped by here before heading home with my little brother, who was starving for Subway...30 minute total wait time, theres a lot to unpack here...-there was a small rush with 2 workers, a younger gentlemen and a very polite older woman.-we were only getting 2 sandwhiches, plus the to-go order my boyfriend back at home had placed for me to pick up for him, the family in front of us were having an entire cambro of meatballs heated up for them, no problem.-the younger gentleman was in the middle of working on my boyfriends to-go order until he suddenly abandoned it completely for a 10-15 minute "bathroom break". this poor older woman kept apologizing on his behalf repeatedly while trying to get the family in front of us finished since there was a line forming.-meanwhile everyone was having a very hard time hearing each other over the protective glass.-one gentleman in line had left and went somewhere else at this point.once the younger gentleman was back from his "bathroom break", they had to play leap frog with us to get our food finished because they had started our food before finishing the families ahead of us. it was very chaotic.-the younger gentleman, i believe he was just trying to go fast, he was flinging pepperoni and tomato slices back towards the containers like no tomorrow, i missed if they made it into their original containers or not. they were both very apologetic about the wait time checking me out.i have nothing else to say beyond that, it was just....a lot. i know if i took "bathroom breaks" like that at my job, i would be finding a different job. i dont think ill return here on my next shopping trip, sucks since its the closest one to me in a 45-55 mi. radius. ?

OMG! The slowest Subway ever!! Co-workers are rude to each other. Been here numerous times in the past and never had this problem. Hope this is not a sign of how it's going to be from now on.

This place is the best! Hard working staff, good food, and Ryan who works nights, and takes most of my orders is the fastest employee they have! Outstanding work, especially in the sometimes hectic position this location is placed in!

I am working at the refinery, one young man with glasses refused to serve me as a black woman, did not want to put regular portion on the sandwiches and when I complained and asked for a manager he refused to serve me. This is horribly racist. I can't believe this restaurant would do something like this. It's a sandwich for heaven's sake.

Whoever the boy was working at 6:35 tonight had the most negative and rude attitude I have ever encountered in customer service and that’s putting it nicely. He acted as if every single little thing was an inconvenience to him and put ZERO care into customizing my wraps, it’s like he was trying to do the worst possible job he could. He barely even wrapped or cut them!!! Both my husband and I took one bite and they completely fell apart and when I asked for extra ranch he put way too much on just to be a j**** I could tell. The girls were awesome! He should find another job if this one makes him so miserable. Probably not customer service though, definitely not his thing… complete waste of my money.

I spent $47 on food here and get down the road for my daughter to pull a long hair with her meat attached to it. I ate half mine when my other daughter yelled for me to spit out the bite i just took. I did and looked down at my sandwich my freaking ham is bright blue. I thought it was something on there tried to wipe it off but it was actually the ham that was blue. Called them and they said it wasn't their problem and hung up. Terrible place
