12/09/24 6:20AM - Staff stated that they were having trouble getting safe open & would be open in 10-15min. I asked if I can just pay with card, cashier stated she has to have money in the till in order to use it. Thats the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Its pretty evident they do not want to work. The manager told us there was a timer on the drive-through and that we need to circle back around. We came back through the drive-through and she said that we were not allowed to wait in the drive-through. I asked her for her name. She said that she would not give us her name and she was the manager. I advised her that we had hungry kids in the car and she said there’s three other places in town that serve breakfast and I asked her that you want us to go somewhere else? Whoever the general manager is of this location when you see this review, please reply to this comment and I will send you the three minute long video of this conversation with this manager that we took. She refused to serve us, she refused to provide us her name, she told us to leave. It was all a bunch of lies.

manager wouldn’t take more than one order through the drive thru, he made us. come inside to put in a second order and his reason was he needs to have our food out in under 3 minutes and the one order took five minutes and he was rude the entire time

Went in on two separate occasions firs order items were cold second time the did not take the order correctly and forgot items. While in the drive through could hear yelling and growling through the drive through speaker. It seemed like a party and not a workplace

They decided to close early which honestly really screwed me and my roommates on our dinner, honestly probably the worst taco bell in the Billings and Laurel areas. Not even anybody to tell us they closed early on the drive thru or the lobby. Y'all need to step your game up and stay open till scheduled close on a goddamn Thursday night. Lames

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life at the Laurel location. Overpriced food. Paid for extra jalapeno sauce, didn't get it. Went back in and was ignored while I stood at the counter so I shouted hey dude to get somebody's attention and was told I didn't have to do that ha nice. I ordered a quesadilla. The quesadilla was not cut into pieces. It looked like someone pretended to cut it, but I had to get out a pizza cutter at home. Also skimpy on sauce.

Listen.... It's not often I say "wow" about Taco Bell (which we've nicknamed Yucko Bell because of so many bad experiences 😭) but WOW!!!! We're driving through Montana tonight and just stopped off in Laurel for a quick bite, and I was so impressed by my experience that I had to leave a review. The customer service was excellent; the employee who helped us at the drive through was friendly and warm. Our food came out in less than 2 mins! Quickest taco bell service I've ever experienced. Everything was perfect, just as we'd ordered. They included napkins. They remembered our sauces. And the food was well portioned and delicious! Great job guys!! Hands down the best taco bell we've ever had. You set the standard! 👏🏼 Give these employees a raise!
**We had Black Bean chalupa, Black Bean Crunch Wrap, Bean Rice and Cheese Burrito, and nacho fries.
