I'm very disappointed! We order 2 coffees and maybe a Danish or breakfast sandwich every day usually, but for some reason when I customize a drink due to high amounts of expresso, or cheese off a sandwich they're not checking the order slips. People have allergies and medical conditions shouldn't have to work the food they got is gonna also be a hospital trip...

City Brew is a favorite of mine, but I have been disappointed by the behavior of a staff member named Chris at the Lewistown location. Chris is often unpleasant and rude, which detracts from the overall experience. Simple questions are met with a snarky and snappy tone.

The staff is always so nice and helpful. I haven't gotten anything from City Brew that I didn't love.
The drive thru had 2 vehicles in line which made it difficult to get in line without my tail being partially in the road so I drove in and turned around so I could form the line in a safer manner. I placed an order for 2 coffees with one being the seasonal feature peppermint white mocha which was ok but paying $6 I thought it would have a more full flavor of coffee with gourmet chocolate and peppermint flavors. When I got to the windows to pay, I was given 1 coffee and a sandwich. I kindly explained that I ordered 2 coffees so he located the other coffee then asked for the sandwich back which I thought was a little strange that if food entered another vehicle even on accident, is it appropriate to take back then give it to the next customer? Then I had to ask for a straw for the cold coffee. I felt that the drive thru was a bit difficult to maneuver if multiple vehicles are lined up. The service was mixed up but friendly. Mistakes happen but it just added more stress to the start of my day.
