Rude sloppy always leaving out items when you get to the window and go home and you realize it's not even there because they didn't give it to you unprofessional if you ask for plain they put ingredients as she likes to stay Katrina on the item when I called to complain after 10 times of them messing up finally calling the manager supposedly Katrina was rude and laughed the guys at the window seem stoned do battery your job's not hard at all

Drive thru was not busy niether was lobby, yet our order had old reheated ff, it was 3 sandwiches short, and soda dispenser only filled cups 3/4 of the way up and they handed them out that way, even though we remarked about it. Then we had to wait almost 20 minutes for the missing sandwiches. By the time we got home everything except the sandwiches was stone cold. However this not the norm to my experience. So I sincerely hope this is fixed.

Waited in the drive through line for at least 45min the longest I’ve ever waited at a McDonald’s and there were only 3 cars ahead of us. We specifically went for ice cream and after the long wait were told they were cleaning the ice cream machine. Put a sign out next time to warn your customers

McDonald's, you go there expecting lackluster fast food and fast service. This place delivers the lackluster food alright, but fast service? Forget it! Expect to spend 30 to 45 minutes in the drive thru. I don't think they are short staffed because there's always several people working behind the counter so I have no idea what the excuse is. You can go to a proper local dine in nearby, order burger and fries and be in and out of there in less time than this place, plus have food that's worth eating to boot! Customer service has been dropping like lead here for some time now, it used to be one of my favorite places to frequent but not anymore. I see Lewistown MickeyD's heading the same route as Burger King and KFC anytime now. E.G.: another boarded up eyesore rotting away on main!

I have always had a pleasant experience at this McDonald’s but today exceeded my expectations by far ! I came to the drive through and being me ,forgot my wallet. Of course it was dinner rush and I was in a long line of cars. As I get to the window i shamefully tell Jesse that I forgot my whole dang wallet! With out hesitation Jesse just paid for my meal! Thank you for reviving my faith in mankind. You guys are awesome. And my dogs were pretty etty happy they got their snack ! Shout out to Jesse for saving the day !

none of the workers here want to work they dont care about anything it is horrible, there was a hairball in my food, and my dog had a burger and it was cold, he did not like it i had to warm it up for him, we didnt get what we ordered and there were people outside going to the bathroom on the side of the building, and i didnt see that until my dog ate it. terrible service dont go here unless you want to deal with meth heads
