I get staffing issue but not to offer what is clearly on your menu is a fail, the dining room is so cold I can see my breath. This is truly the worst experience. The business owner should be ashamed of this lack of customer service at the basics. Way to ruin a national brand.
After yet again giving Lewistown MT Pizza Hut a try. (It’s the only pizza option in our town.) We were greatly disappointed again. Not only did our order take an additional 40min to be ready. The staff seemed to have no training at all. I was told 3 times that our order would take 4-5mins. Very disappointed yet again!
Pizza Hut sucks butt turds!!!! About 3 months ago, they messed up our order by giving it to someone else. To make up for their mistake, they gave us a coupon for a free medium, 3 topping pizza. We placed an order this afternoon for it, our daughter was going to be gracious and pick it up for us with this coupon they gave us. Guess what?? Pizza Hut would NOT honor it, saying the coupon is from 2015!!! What the crap??!!!! We have only been here since 2017. There was no date on...read full review
