I came in at 5:45 PM and did not get my wings until 6:45 PM. Tell me why it takes an hour to make wings bro they didn’t refund me. All they could do is give me a soda get more staff or like straight up decline orders because waiting an hour for wings is insane

I placed a delivery order this evening.After waiting for thirty minutes as the delivery was out for order showing up twenty five minutes late. I called the store to let them know.I was missing a pizza and they informed me.They could not get a driver, and I would have to come to them to get our other pizza.That is, after paying a five dollar and fifty five cent delivery charge?And a seven dollar driver tip, then they had the audacity to hang up on me.In the process.
This location should be shutdown by corporate!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, took 45 minutes for two personal boxes. I’ve worked food service before, this was anything but fast food. Don’t waste your time. They literally ran out of cheese and ours was the last order they took. Absolutely outrageous!

I order online and I clicked median then cheese crust and when it arrived it was not a cheese crust!! Then called them to tell them and then they said it only on the big pizza!! And it still charged me for cheese crust!!!!! I’m very disappointed!!!!!

He burned the boneless wings i had , with only one person working and him taking care of others he let mine burn almost to a crisp, coating was black and chicken tuff, I would like to get reimbursed for the meal.

Ltown is going to put them out of business within the next year. It took them an hour to make a pizza melt and a breadstick and the breadstick was cold. Staff were completely in over their heads. The owner is going to act surprised when they go out of business but it is inevitable at this point. Awful situation.

i have spent alot of money at this store, usually have a good experience but my last three deliveries were late, parts of the orders were missing, food was luke warm sodas were hot, i will not order from there again.they use doordash and every order that has been delivered to me by them has been wrong, late and cold

Travelers, ordered a pizza at 7:01 for delivery to my hotel. Was told it would be here “at 7:34”. It never arrived. After numerous calls back, I was told it had been delivered…and they were now closed (8:20). I drove to Pizza Hut and the parking lot was overgrown with weeds. Sign on door said “Lobby CLOSED”. The back door to the kitchen was open. I called out as I stepped into the kitchen. A young man said he was the only one there and “the pizza must have been delivered”.
Nope. McD’s was our alternative for the night. I do not recommend.

I’ve had very few times the food has arrived warm and on time. Tonight I ordered a pizza, wings, and a Starry drink. When they dropped off my pizza for contactless delivery, the door was not knocked on, the doorbell was not rang, and usually they sit outside and wait until the pizza makes it in, and if it doesn’t, they give the customer a call. That also didn’t happen. So 20 minutes after my ETA, I checked the door and it was sitting on my porch, cold, obviously. I bring it in and open my garlic Parmesan wings only to find no sauce on any of the wings except for in the bottom of the bowl. I’m glad that another pizza joint opened here in town. I’ll only be going there.

I have no idea how this place is still open. First, they always say they are hiring but they never hire anyone. We went in there to redeem a coupon and the place just felt dark and grimey. There were two people working, one was jumping back and forth from dishes to food without washing his hands. We were the only people in there and it took a half hour to make a personal pan pizza. I used to work there. The oven cycle is 7 minutes. Ordered a salad and they didn't have ranch. And the "manager" Angela was outside power smoking cigarettes the entire time. This place is a joke.
