I’ve had very few times the food has arrived warm and on time. Tonight I ordered a pizza, wings, and a Starry drink. When they dropped off my pizza for contactless delivery, the door was not knocked on, the doorbell was not rang, and usually they sit outside and wait until the pizza makes it in, and if it doesn’t, they give the customer a call. That also didn’t happen. So 20 minutes after my ETA, I checked the door and it was sitting on my porch, cold, obviously. I bring it in and open my garlic Parmesan wings only to find no sauce on any of the wings except for in the bottom of the bowl. I’m glad that another pizza joint opened here in town. I’ll only be going there.

I have no idea how this place is still open. First, they always say they are hiring but they never hire anyone. We went in there to redeem a coupon and the place just felt dark and grimey. There were two people working, one was jumping back and forth from dishes to food without washing his hands. We were the only people in there and it took a half hour to make a personal pan pizza. I used to work there. The oven cycle is 7 minutes. Ordered a salad and they didn't have ranch. And the "manager" Angela was outside power smoking cigarettes the entire time. This place is a joke.

I order pizza from Pizza Hut and I had to call because they forgot something in my order, I called them, they try to say I was a liar, I proved I wasn’t, well than they said they will get it to me and than after that we waited for 47 mins and it wasn’t delivered yet so I called Megan was rude!!! And said if we got it about it!!! I want to who is the owner.

We received unbelievable customer service. We called to order pizza and have delivery to our house. This was around 2 pm, but after waiting over an hour, we called to inquire about the status. The same person answered and stated that they don't deliver until after 4 pm. Why didn't they mention this initially? What's wrong with people? So disappointing the lack of sustomer service. Never once apologized.

We went into the restaurant to order and enjoy pizza, however our experience was regrettable. We listened to the 4 workers throwing the f-bomb over and over again. We waited 25 minutes for the breadsticks and 20 minutes more for the pizza. Pizza wasn’t even mediocre at best. The inside of the restaurant is dirty and the workers were unprofessional. We will not be returning to Pizza Hut anytime soon.

Website says open to 10..went there around 8: 30 and lobby was closed. Place from outside looks worn down. Could use a weedeater and a lot of weeds that stands 3ft tall to be pulled. Place literally looks like a dump.

Food was fine I guess but we preordered a pizza for pickup 3 hours in advance and it was still 30 mins late… for pickup. And of course it was just mediocre at best. We were also the only people waiting for our food so it’s not like they were swamped.

I get staffing issue but not to offer what is clearly on your menu is a fail, the dining room is so cold I can see my breath. This is truly the worst experience. The business owner should be ashamed of this lack of customer service at the basics. Way to ruin a national brand.

It used to open at 11 and now it says at 12 because of to few employees but you can sit an wait till even 1 and the doors stay locked. Why even operate a business if you run it like that. I've interacted with the 2 employees I've seen and they couldn't possibly be any nicer but you gotta ope the restaurant, people can't sit and wait for it to open during their lunch hours and then go back to work because the whole time was wasted on waiting for nothing. OPEN THE RESTAURANT AT 12 PLEASE!

Worst phone experience of any business in our town. You have to talk to somebody that isn’t even from the United States. They don’t understand you and your order is always wrong. If you’re gonna order a pizza just go in the people there are good and the pizza is OK.
