I get staffing issue but not to offer what is clearly on your menu is a fail, the dining room is so cold I can see my breath. This is truly the worst experience. The business owner should be ashamed of this lack of customer service at the basics. Way to ruin a national brand.

It used to open at 11 and now it says at 12 because of to few employees but you can sit an wait till even 1 and the doors stay locked. Why even operate a business if you run it like that. I've interacted with the 2 employees I've seen and they couldn't possibly be any nicer but you gotta ope the restaurant, people can't sit and wait for it to open during their lunch hours and then go back to work because the whole time was wasted on waiting for nothing. OPEN THE RESTAURANT AT 12 PLEASE!

Worst phone experience of any business in our town. You have to talk to somebody that isn’t even from the United States. They don’t understand you and your order is always wrong. If you’re gonna order a pizza just go in the people there are good and the pizza is OK.

Ordered online for pickup at 5pm...needed to change it to 3;30 pickup...took forever for the phone to be answered and when it was was told that not only could I not get it early but it was highly unlikely to be ready at 5 either...cancelled the order but now looking for a refund...very frustrating...no more pizza hut for me Lewistown, MT

Worst pizza hut ever. Place is closed most of the time and the time it's open can't get delivery because that's closed. This town it too small for this place to be closed majority of the time especially during peak pizza hours and sport seasons. Very surprised this business is still open!!!

Terribly understaffed. Placed an order through the app, went to pick it up 45 minutes later and was told it hadn’t been made yet. Come back in 15-20 minutes. I did. Then I was told they didn’t even get the order, that there was a problem with the online order system. Asked for my money back. Said it was never charged. Checked my CC this morning and the charge is pending. I’ll dispute it. At this rate I doubt they will be around at the end of the month.
Nice clean place. Orders were fast. Service was very friendly. And pizza is fresh hot and delicious.

It took the food over an hour and a half to get to my house (I live just around the corner from Pizza Hut) and all I ordered was wings, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. By the time the food actually came, it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for hours.

ordered a simple large pizza with extra cheese, was told that it'd be ready AND delivered within 25 minutes. I had to call them twice, and the driver just to get hung up on all three times. When I drove to grab it (15 minute drive) it was just sitting on the counter. I asked about the delivery and they said that they couldn't find it so they just drove back a left me to come get it. without letting me even know. will be the last time I order or spend money at this business.

Long wait no staff.. 45 min later still waiting.....Finally got my pizza 55min wait after they allowed a truck that still had a 15 min wait to stay at the window when there was a long line of cars some that already came back a 2nd time because it wasn't ready the first.... pizza was Cold you Guys suck at this
