Amazing breakfast sandwich. We were in town and tried 2 other places in town with no success. We found Rising Trout and the staff went out of their way to make me a breakfast sandwich. Literally with their last egg. They put it on a ham and cheese roll. There are just enough words to describe the deliciousness. Thank you for making my morning.
DELICIOUS! Only had coffee cake but it is the best I have ever had. I heard customers raving over fresh bakery items. The regular coffee is delicious as well as the seasonal lattes. Best part are the friendly employees. There are no strangers here 😉

Stopped in for a quick coffee and breakfast on our way through town. Owner and family were SO friendly. Coffee was amazing, breakfast bagel and cinnamon roll amazing, choke cherry Italian soda amazing! Definitely recommend 🙌💯
