What a fun & personable place! Stopped in for a latte & a chai! They made my husband's latte perfect, just how he wanted. And the recommendation of the pumpkin chai! All I can say is it was one of the best chai experiences I've had in years. Knocked it out of the park ladies! If I could give you 10 stars 🌟 I would! It's a shame when your product is great but the guy running the show makes you feel extremely unwelcome.
I used to be a loyal regular customer until I brought my service dog in and was rudely questioned about if he was a valid service animal. My dog was properly marked and behaving exactly as trained.
It took me two years to be willing to walk back in, and this time it was with my son. I took him out of his stroller to stretch his legs seeing as there were no other customers in the building. He was walking around the tables while I constantly kept an eye on him. He wasn't making any sound or touching anything, yet I was snapped at for "needing to keep him with me." I would understand if the place had other customers or my son was being destructive, but neither was true.
I have done your exact job before and I did it for years. Never once did I treat a customer as such or allow one of my employees to do so. Please do better.
