Thanksgiving Dinner meal today between 1pm and 2pm was simply perfect. The waitress was smiling and friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the Cust Svc MOD was less than friendly. Otherwise, this is my favorite restaurant in Libby because of the appeal of the building and decorations.

In the last 5 visits, from May 2024 to Oct 2024...my order has not even been input to kitchen... twice! and on a separate third visit I was greeted by a mouse in the women's washroom. The place is filthy dirty, black carpets on walking paths, tiles are shiny where the grease is coating it, sticky everywhere you touch including reaching for ketchup bottles (note you will have to search to find some), even the creamers left on the tables have sticky yuck on them, flies swarming around you and your food and beverage (when you do get it), understaffed every visit. Yesterday we arrived with another couple in front of us. The blonde grabbed four menus and 4 silverware rolls. The first couple followed her, that’s when she must have figured she got it wrong. Plunked them down, went to another table, grabbed the wipe down rag, cleared dirty dishes to the next table, wiped the table and benches, tossed the menus and silverware down, then looked up at us across the dining room and said loudly (and I quote) “yup!?” In a hurried and patronizing way. Huh? Pardon me? Excuse me? We are not your children…check yourself lady! We walked ourselves to the table, opened the silverware rolls and dried off the bleach water so we could sit without damage to our clothing. She buggered off and we did not see her again for 10 minutes. Then 10 more minutes till we could order food that never actually got ordered. She was alone but there were only 5 tables in addition to us. Order coffee, can't get refills or cream except the fake flavored crap... wait too long? ask kitchen if they have your order...nope. your original waitress is gone, the fill in doesn't check on you. Hopeless. You need to close your doors because nobody cares to take care of the business. I should also add that when you do get food, it is marginal at best…this is not a place to expect culinary delights…it’s just #10 can food tossed on plates. Prices in line with what others charge for like food. The weird thing is the prices are more in line with Spokane and Seattle than what should be found in Libby where minimum wage is 50% of the formers.

Steak was way over cook eggs were undercooked waitress did check on us after dropping off food finally got up and walked to the door to get the bill would be five stars on atmospher but there was a lot of flies
