Tonight my boyfriend asked for no onions on his two burgers. he got home and low and behold is having an allergic reaction that he could die from. I have pictures of the receipt, the onions on the burger and I also called and complained to whoever answered. This isn't the first time, but this is the worst he has been. It was busy today so I fully understand that mistakes can be made. Ordered at the drive thru, the cheeseburger was undercooked, pink aall they the burger and the chicken sandwich with no tomato as requested, also had no mayo and a tiny piece of wilted lettuce. Spoke with Jamie who was clearly frustrated, clearly didn’t want to hear my complaint and also offered no apology and the only recourse was for me to drive all the way back to McDonald’s and get new sandwiches which...read full review
