They forgot an entire quarter pound burger and all the sides of sauce we ordered. As well as not adding extra pickle on 4 of the sandwiches we requested it on. Not sure where the problem falls. It’s printed out on a receipt and screen for you to handle.

We moved here from Oregon in May, and I have to say that the McDonalds Beef here in Libby, is the best I've tasted. It's SO MUCH BETTER than the beef we had in Oregon. Everyone working the drive thru is super nice, professional, and gets you your order quickly. Great job!

We ordered and paid on the app. We went through the drive through and when we got home a bacon double quarter pounder deluxe was missing. We drove all the way back showed them the receipt had to wait a bit. Again getting home it was a regular cheese quarter pounder. Two trips to town and its was still wrong.
This McDonald's shorted us 4 McChickens sandwiches. Watch what you get. I will now be holding the entire line up to check every sandwich and burger, even if it takes 5-10mins. Sorry, but the employees here are careless.

I just left there heading from Kalispel to Newport Wa. I LOVE TONS of onions on my McDoubles. This was, by far, the best McDouble I have ever had. Wonderful staff on shift, clean store, RR, parking lot ect. And an amazing amount of onions as I requested. Thank you so much! Very happy. Have a wonderful Holiday season.
