I stopped here years ago on the advice of a client and the food was fantastic. Fast forward to today and it’s still fantastic. An absolute gem of Mexican cuisine. If you happen to be in Libby, stop in for some great food.

Their food is really good but because it’s a Montana nobody wants anything spicy. But if you ask for spicy they’ll give it to you. It’s really nice that they have high schoolers or early 20s working at the restaurant. Especially because in Montana they only make $10 an hour as minimum wage. They do give you free chips and salsa if you eat in as you sit down which is very nice. And the food is very good. Service is good. It is actually the only real Mexican place and Libby Montana. They support the community as well as their community in Mexico when they leave for two months out of the year. And we miss them when they’re gone!

Great place! Had the carnitas plate, meat was a touch dry overall but the flavor of the pork made up for it. Portion size was great, had some to take home and still left full. Other ingredients to build out the tacos were fresh and elevated the flavorful meat even more. Will return here for sure.
