Sushi Bars in Libby, MT

“I was curious so went for birthday lunch in May. First a comment on the varied menu. This place is a real GEM with so much more than one would guess by the name. Burgers, ribs, tacos & appetizers that are actually entrees in and of themselves! That day I had an amazing bowl of Tonkatsu Ramen noodles & sampled some of the sushi my friend ordered. WOW! Excellent! Tonight we went with another couple & we started with the tempura steak fingers. OMG! I'm spicey yummy knocked OUT in love with these! Sampled the Edamame my friend ordered & they were crispy tasty too! Just eat the bean middles. mmm! Hubby ordered the Japanese Ribs served over mashed potatoes & they were delightful & so much he couldn't finish! Friends had sushi - the Mothra & Las Vegas rolls! We tasted & agree.. they were remarkably GREAT! My Chicken Broccoli Soba was so flavorful & the perfect noodles left me swooning for next time. The town wasn't ready for the Shed eatery when they opened & it rapidly become a local favorite. I'm predicting, this will be the same with Kaiju as more and more people decide to give it a try. Better get there soon before the lines form!“
