The Gouda au gratin potatoes were AMAZING! My sirloin was cooked perfectly. I also had the high county mule and apple pie martini, they did not disappoint. I would give my waitress a shout out but I forgot her name, she knew the menu and was very helpful and sweet. Along with being prompt and professional. My boyfriend had the fish fry which was walleye and that was also that was also amazing..

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have been here, and each time the staff is kind, the food is delicious, the drinks are made to perfection, and the deserts are the cherry on top. The young waitress we had last night was amazing, was incredibly friendly, very attentive, suggested a drink for me when I wasn’t sure which to get, and at the end of the night when I told her our desert was delicious, she informed me she was the baker! I was VERY impressed with her and with another great experience!

Best meal in years! I tasted several dishes at the table that were to-die-for. The prime rib was exceptional. The stuffing and the sweet potatoes were so good my brain still can't believe how delicious and flavorful they were. Roasted vegetables...yum! Oh , and the seasonal drink was so good. Staff were so friendly. I love the atmosphere at this place. We had an amazing time.

So this was actually our second time here. The first time we loved it and everything went great as we expected. But this time we were sat, then the hostess/runner told our server she sat us at her table and I heard her say someone else needed to take it for her so one of the other servers did but then it was over 20 minutes to have someone get our drink order, then another 10-15 to get our food order...the food seemed to take forever to come out and when we cut into our steak and burger they were both underdone. We weren't impressed but didn't say anything because, well, I used to wait tables and I just can't bring myself to do that. But while we were waiting for the server to pickup the check I watched the table on the next level get back their returned food to one person and the other person couldn't finish theirs...I'm not sure what went on that night but dang!!
On a positive note the soup and mashed potatoes were wonderful!

Stephanie catered a wedding that I went to this past weekend. It was fabulous, the meal was excellent. The pies were delicious and I tried all of them.
We came back from The ghost town Garnet, and we will starving. The food was cold and not very tasty, but we ate what we could.

I rate this overall 4 because of the good food they serve. The service was lacking in that we were slow to get served, then they had to Redo our bill no less thanks 5 times to get it right! The waitress was nice, just perhaps overwhelmed? I still recommend it for the food.

Great food! Friendly staff. Kid friendly environment and have kids coloring page menus. Pork chop meal is delicious and the homemade applesauce that comes with it is amazing. Ceasar salad is also very good. Large portions.

Stopped in for a quick beer on our way to Sturgis this year. Menu didn't really appeal to us at the time, but I'm sure food is great by all the other reviews . Not really a steakhouse feel, more a mid western diner in a small town, which is why we stopped for a beer. Took a while for service but the bees were cold and the service started to smile more. Looking for a quick bite on the road Montanan steakhouse will probably fill your needs. Thank you
