I made an online order Sunday evening, evidently they were closed. So even though the website charged me, we got no food. My husband was told the charge would be voided in the morning but I got no confirmation of that. I have tried to get confirmation of something being done to get my money back everyday this week, but there never seems to be anyone in charge, that can help me. It’s been 5 days and still nothing. No refund showing and no contact, even though my number has been taken twice for me to get a call back. Very frustrating.

The service is subpar and the kid that is making the sandwiches makes it clear that he would rather be anywhere else than making sandwiches. Every time he's made my food, it's been so sloppy and just slapped together, that it's almost impossible to eat by hand. That's kind of the point of a sandwich, am I right? All it takes is a little bit of effort and thoughtfulness. I'm sure when he makes himself a sandwich everything at least is inside the bread. Just saying.

This is the 4th time now that I ordered sandwiches and had something wrong. I couldn't believe the amount of black pepper. If I lived 2000 years ago. I could've single handedly controlled the spice trade in southern India. The sandwich had enough pepper on it to gag Rambo.

I walked in twenty minutes before close and was told “sorry we’re closed” by a very young individual that was on his phone. I understand it’s close to closing, but your close time is 8pm and not 7:40pm. It would have taken you five minutes to make two subs I was planning on ordering.

So Complete honesty. I'm not exactly happy with how things are. Especially at this location. The Staff work their Rear-Ends off on a daily basis. That I see non stop and its awesome. I've just wanted to point out not all staff can be quite as polite as you would hope for them to be.I've had a few times to where I've run into one specific employee. Eleanor.She's one of the employees who works there. No she's not a manager but she's tried to act like one. She's been rude to other customers in front me and others as well. There was a situation where she was completely rude to a gentleman going "what? What do you want?" Or do you really need anything else, you sure? MmKay whatever."There hasnt been a very kind welcoming from her nor a kind gesture during my times of going to this location.She has also been very rude to her own co-workers, treating them like they are trash. She's treated them like she is 1. Better than all of them and 2. Like she owns them.Mind you. I've come around here a few times. She was training some one, name, I can't quite remember. I was ordering food and she was yelling at them. Words quoting " What are you stupid or something? That's NOT HOW YOU DO IT IDIOT."I kindly kept quiet got my food and drink and left. I felt bad for the trainee on my way out.PLEASE have her talked to professionally.I don't think other people want to deal with similar situations like the ones I've dealt with.Other than that. Food is fresh, made fast and quite delicious.

Ordered on the app. Wasn't done when I got there. Even though the app said it was. Sandwich was cold (ordered it cooked) and missing ingredients.
First time I came here they had the meatball subs everything was great.The second Second two times I went there they didn't even have the meatball sandwiches even close to ready.

Ordered a pizza and the dude put vegan cheese on it when not requested. Asked for a little amount of a certain sauce and I got a lot. Was waiting in line first and 3 other people got served first.
