Great bar- great people!!!
What a refreshing and delicious new transition from the past owner! For years, I would try to stop and feed myself and my hungry kids after hikes up the Boulder. Even brought friends by and each time, we were turned away because we had kids...even if we sat outside. And the over-the-top advertisements of the former owner's political stance were enough to turn off even the staunchest supporter of that party line. It's finally clean, warm and welcoming, with good food and great staff. My 20 year old daughter finally got to enjoy a meal there! And, just today (so an edit to review), we nearly ran out of gas on our adventure and one of the owners grabbed some gas containers and put about 5 gallons in to get us to Big Timber. And wouldn't take any money. Sweet, down home peeps!!!

The food is incredible - you guys rock! The staff is friendly, but works their butt off when busy - the drinks? Oh wow!! You’ve got to try Shawna’s go to drink- my favorite was the Montana boxer dropper!!!
This place is great. Well worth a beautiful drive off the interstate if passing through.

Good food and drink.
Fantastic food and great staff. If you’re in the area check them out.
Third time eating at the new Roadkill. Ate on a Sunday, so regular chef was off. Terrible meal in every respect. I had the crispy chicken wrap which was mainly arugula lettuce with a small portion of chicken, a pickle here and there and an onion. They were out of fries. Who runs out of fries? The onion rings were dripping with liquid grease. Sorry guys. You need to provide consistent good food. The service was good; the atmosphere, loud.

Popped in for Christmas in July Hog Roast. Food was great, staff was spot on and the beer was cold. Just a moderate drive south of Big Timber off I-90.

The Roadkill has always been a one of kind venue, but now the service, food, and ambiance puts this special place at an all time high! Claire, Toni and the rest of the staff are the best. Friendly, efficient, charming and great food! So glad this legendary spot is back in absolutely top form!

We drove out to the café while staying in nearby Big Timber and it was well worth it. For a fairly small place out away from everything, they carry a nice selection of both beer and spirits, including Montana-made microbrews and whiskey. The staff is friendly and low-key, and the food was delicious! We had bear scat, which is green chili cheese curds with a huckleberry barbecue sauce for dipping. (They sell the sauce and you should probably just go ahead and buy it... we were there a week ago and are already almost out of our supply. LOL)
The pulled pork sandwich was great as well, with a S. Carolina-leaning BBQ sauce on it. Good stuff!

Finally a brown person was served in this bar after YEARS of trying. This place was a vibe! Food was great. Only thing missing was my ketchup because Anne was too busy sweeping to join us for shots! And Adam was only available for shots when his work was done! 10 outta 5 stars for this place! We love you guys!
