I watched everyone after me order and get there food before me and then get told oh your order got bumped and never got anything but a sorry after waiting 20 minutes for the food I ordered probably never go back negative star

Manager was rude to his employees in the back mainly to the āmale employeesā. A complete different attitude with the female worker. Had an attitude towards me when I asked if he can push my order towards me. My bag was over by the employee side of counter. I have a bad back I am unable to lean forward or bend over. Yes he didnāt know that but he also didnāt have to get attitude with me. He was very sexist. The food was amazing. The environment was just awkward.

The meat they served wasn't cut and wouldn't even chew. I ordered more sauce on the Reuben and got no sauce instead. I would recommend not eating here. At least not while it is busy.

The order placed looked nothing like what was received....acted like it was chore to have an order b4 closing..not last minute a good 30 mins b4 time to close...none of the specials of other stores...from a different state staying in a motel where the food selection was either a bar or 2 fast food places closing soon

Great food and great customer service. I used to hate Arbys but the friendly staff and quick service here has changed my mind. If I want to eat at Wendy's and see a line in Drive thru I will zip over to Arbys since Wendy's DT is notorious for long waits. Even if Arbys line is longer I will still make it out faster then if i went to Wendys.
Absolutely dirty!!!! Dirty as hell!!! Lobby is always trashed and floors disgusting!!! Bathrooms.... Forget it.... Always dirty and stink!!! And I seen a few people say they got sick from here.... If you drink the tea from here YOU'RE DRINKING MOLD š¤®š¤¢š¤®š¤¢ there's also mold around the drink station in the lobby. Worst food place in town

Counter person was absent for 4 or 5 minutes after we walked in. Witnessed other people experience a longer wait. The food was poorly built. Dining room floor was filthy, as were the tables. The drink station was sticky, and apparently they do not offer iced tea. The Counter person did not offer to get us lemonade which was very clearly being advertised but was not an option at the drink station. Response to owner: I feel like my review was fairly detailed. I love that all of your responses feel copied and pasted. Identical reviews for the last 6 months, and the owner just tries to get you to go to his website. Nothing has changed.
