I wanted the loaded Italian sandwich which is on the menu and they said they don't have it. Then I wanted the double BBQ bacon and they said they don't do doubles. If you don't have something then take it off the menu!

I love arbys and I love the crew there when the one guys isn’t working. He treats some of the crew poorly. He isn’t professional at all especially when a customer asked for something like light ice in their drink and he stops the other coworker and tells them to fill it more with ice to the top.

Love the food, but place was a mess especially around the soda machines, needed a clean up bad. I understand it was right after lunch hour but someone could have cleaned the tables and wiped down around the soda
