Okay, they got me. They changed my mind which is causing me to change my rating of City Brew to be fair to them. Early this morning, I went to get my daily Grizzly Granita and not only was it absolutely delicious, the customer service was awesome. It actually made my morning. You know how your first interaction with another adult in the morning seems to be the way your day off going to go? Well, the interaction I had this morning made my day. I realized I was probably being a little unfair on a place that gets extremely busy and at times doesn't have the time to say hello or even acknowledge customers that order off the app. It was just the interaction I had when I asked if I could get what I paid for that take turned me off to the whole experience, which hasn't happened once, since. Not only is City Brew back to the way it used to be, the customer service is great. Both Billings and local management have done an amazing job getting this place back to the place we love to go, love their drinks, and customer service. Just sad that it closes so early, I wish y'all could find the help you need. It's gotta be tough with such a small work crew serving all of Miles City. We appreciate all you do, for the great drinks, and the friendly service, even after a hard day.

When we arrived at the drive through there was one other car in the line. We waited over 10 minutes to order. Then when we arrived at the window we waited another 11 minutes for our drinks. They gave us 2 of the 3 we ordered and came back to the window 5 minutes later realizing they had forgot one of our drinks. Staff was not kind or apologetic. This coffee shop was right by our hotel; they will not be getting our service the rest of our stay.

Coming from Alabama where we didn't have crap for coffee shops, to Montana (Miles City) City Brew is definitely one of our favorite places to go. Highly recommend the Mountain Morning Frappe and latte...Very friendly workers🙂 We usually go here multiple times a week

Two of the workers constantly have negative attitudes and half of the time even if I’m there at 2 they say their “machines are closed down. I don’t bother going anymore because even if there is no line it’s a minimum of 30 minutes to get a singular drink.

Its no wonder they are closing down or close to it. No one seems to want to work. I have seen people with shorter staff that had to actually cook food and still did better than this coffee shop. We waited for an extremely long time at the drive through and didn't even get to place our orders. They told us to hang on and then never came back, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Save your money and go to the Ruby, or Mountain Mudd.
