Took about 20 minutes in the drive through to get the wrong order. One other car in front of me on a Friday mid morning. I keep coming back because I like city brew but it's always an extended wait. Will stick to other locations.

I was there this past sunday. I got an iced caramel latte that maybe had 2 ice cube, and then i also got a skinny sandwich. after waiting 20 minutes for my food and much to my disappointment it was cold. Not just a warm -cold but cold enough to feel through the tinfoil. I brought it back up right away and felt ignored by the staff. Finally the girl who handed out the sandwich came back. Within two minutes it was cooked. Crazy to wait 20 minutes for a cold sandwich
Avoid, if possible. We stopped in here on Nov 10, 2024, at 8:34 a.m. for coffee as we were traveling through. I ordered a large Americano with caramel and coconut flavors and cream. My husband ordered a large Americano with cream. My husband has had this before, but he said that this definitely tasted worse than before. Both of our coffees had a burnt taste to it. And for having four shots of espresso in there, we could barely taste the coffee. It was quite weak, with a burnt aftertaste. As far as the service goes, the gals were not rude to us, per se, but they weren't very friendly either. But my husband did observe them being very rude to a few other customers while i was in the restroom. There was a gal who had ordered before us who was still waiting for a drink. We waited an extremely long time for our drinks. I get that it was Sunday morning and people were getting coffee before church, but the people who came in behind us and ordered three drinks got theirs before we got ours, and even had 2 of theirs before the gal who was before us got hers. When I asked the ladies about it, they said , "We're working on yours right now," with no apology. When she finally handed my husband our drinks, she did apologize that the sticker wasn't sticking on the cup totally, but no apology for the wait or anything else. I highly recommend finding another coffee shop. I can not believe that the management and owners have not done anything about the customer service after reading all of these reviews after we went there.
The atmosphere was nice, because they have a lot of good seating options. But that's the only thing going for it.

I was here twice in the last 2 days and the service was terrible. Yesterday 3 servers were just standing talking and failed to acknowledge me. Both days everyone was rude. Drinks were decent.

I wouldn't know how their coffee is, as they always seem to be unexpectedly closed. And I wouldn't be so irritated by it, but they are completely incompetent in COMMUNICATING their hours. If you are going to close early you need to properly post it. Especially if you leave the open sign on.

Visited here yesterday! We ordered 3 drinks waited patiently for our drinks, when we received our drinks one was cold and plainly stated hot on the label. I approached the counter and the tall lady said she was sorry and would fix it right away. She handed it to the lady that made it and she looked at me and said why didn’t she come up here herself very rudely, she never made our drink right after waiting another 15 minutes we finally asked for our money back. I have worked in customer service my whole life as a manager and would have sent her home to think about her actions as she was also fighting with her co workers where everyone could hear her.
Waited 40 minutes in the drive through for a sandwich, and this is what I get. One measly piece of rolled up meat. This is absolutely unacceptable.
