I was here twice in the last 2 days and the service was terrible. Yesterday 3 servers were just standing talking and failed to acknowledge me. Both days everyone was rude. Drinks were decent.
I felt like we were waiting a really long time behind the car in front of us because the person working knew them and was having a visit, then when I asked for sugar in my coffee they sounded like they didn't want to put it in there, so I asked for just a handful on the side, which I never got.
I stop at this city brew about once every couple months while I am traveling. Every single time, the drive thru is insanely slow. My last visit, I waited 10 min with just 2 cars ahead of me. The line was beginning to wrap around the building and the customers behind me were clearly getting annoyed too. Finally, the cashier passed the vehicle ahead of me, 2 drinks.
