The food was decent, the atmosphere nothing special, but the service was HORRIBLE. I was the last to join the table and I heard the waitresses talking about me joining the table. Yet it still took almost 15 minutes for our waitress to get to us and that was AFTER one of our party hollered, "can we get a waitress?" I would understand if it was still slammed, but the Sunday rush had died down. I believe the owner was chewing that server out during our meal, so it was addressed, but I'm still not going to be rushing back after this.

One of the best restaurant experiences me and my wife have had. Made friends with Maerae. She's a great waitress and the food was some of the best. I got pancakes, sausage, and bacon. My wife got steak fingers, fries, salad, and garlic toast. We loved it. Can't forget the coffee as well.

Wasn't even asked if I wanted a drink other than water, and there wasn't enough silverware ready.
We were at 4Bs at Deer Lodge. Soup and waitress were great. Grilled cheese Sammy, not so much. Next day we stopped for lunch at 4Bs at Miles City. Food and waitress were really lacking. She was very unfriendly, rude and acting rushed and there were hardly any people there. She acted all put out because people were coming in. She didn't get much of a tip from us and none from the people who paid before us. You're going to have to hire better. This lady was a middle age, loud, amazon of a woman with too many tattoos and no personality. Sorry. Food wasn't very good either.

Basic clean and functional restaurant. Nice memorabilia section about restaurant's history. Told to take any seat, I sat at the counter, ordered the French toast with sausage. Selection of different syrups. Food was prepared and served quickly .My server was Steph, and she was sensational. Checked on me three times, made convo about the weather, had a warm genuine quality that made me feel like family.Thank you, Steph, thank you 4B; Enjoyed it so much this is now my 'go-to' spot when I'm in Miles City. If you're in the area, don't miss this fun piece of history and good food.If you enjoyed your meal, please remember to tip your server a few dollars; it helps put gas in the car, milk on the table and a smile on their faces.

My friend and I went for breakfast at the 4 B’s in Miles City. The waitress we had was so gruff, rude, and filthy in her appearance and dress that we got as far as getting our drinks. For which we left $4 cash and walked out, having completely lost our appetite. Will likely not return in the future.
