Was passing through stopped in to grab a hot and fresh pie for the drive. It was neither hot or fresh. Pretty disappointing as soon I jumped back on the interstate and opened the box I realized this pie was in the warming over for some time.

Always a fair priced/pretty good choice (food wise) but the service is trash. Every time we go in, we have a Shelli Stanford give us our food (we pay ahead of time via app) This lady is so danm rude. She barely says anything-No “hi” “hello” “Welcome to Little Caesars” anything, then will just mope around (clearly inconvenienced by customers) then will often mess up the order regardless. This evening she was so rude, then proceeded to drop our food on the bottom of the warmer (upside down) and she still shorted us on a food item.

My fiancé and I had been driving all day from three forks Montana to North Dakota on our long journey back home we stopped to get a pizza and they refused to give us an extra box to use as a plate even when we offered to pay for it very rude customer service did not give us an extra box and then proceeded to rudely tell us they can’t even give out Parmesan packets do better on your staff management..
The worker named angel helped me resolve an issue with DoorDash the Dasher had ate half of our bread sticks and I am really happy that helped me out a d gave me a free bag of bread sticks

Went in to get food and got a mean look from the lady at the counter. When I went to pay she said she fidnt have any money in the register to break my 100 dollar bill. As a business owner myself i think its bery unprofessional to not have change in your till at all times. The woman at the counter then acted like it was my fault for the inconvenience. When i got home to eat my food it was barley cooked and i had to put it in the oven and re-cook it myself.

I don’t get how me asking for a pretzel pepperoni pizza meant I wanted something completely different. Do better Caitlin ppl pay hard earned money for good service not terrible service. Pizza was undercooked. They forgot one of the toppings we asked for. We asked for extra marinara sauce, and we were given none. We didn't realize the sauce was missing until we got to our destination. Store cleanliness left something to be desired. The air vents needed to be cleaned. Customer service was just OK.
