My fiancé and I had been driving all day from three forks Montana to North Dakota on our long journey back home we stopped to get a pizza and they refused to give us an extra box to use as a plate even when we offered to pay for it very rude customer service did not give us an extra box and then proceeded to rudely tell us they can’t even give out Parmesan packets do better on your staff management..

The worker named angel helped me resolve an issue with DoorDash the Dasher had ate half of our bread sticks and I am really happy that helped me out a d gave me a free bag of bread sticks

Went in to get food and got a mean look from the lady at the counter. When I went to pay she said she fidnt have any money in the register to break my 100 dollar bill. As a business owner myself i think its bery unprofessional to not have change in your till at all times. The woman at the counter then acted like it was my fault for the inconvenience. When i got home to eat my food it was barley cooked and i had to put it in the oven and re-cook it myself.

I’m ordered a pretzel pizza and got a stuffed crazy bread sloppy messy pepperoni pizza stuffed crust. I don’t get how me asking for a pretzel pepperoni pizza meant I wanted something completely different. Do better Caitlin ppl pay hard earned money for good service not terrible service. Pizza was undercooked. They forgot one of the toppings we asked for. We asked for extra marinara sauce, and we were given none. We didn't realize the sauce was missing until we got to our destination. Store cleanliness left something to be desired. The air vents needed to be cleaned. Customer service was just OK.

Not sure what Little Caesars have done but first off there supposed to have the hot and ready or whatever it's called and I go in there and I had to sit in there for almost 10 to 12 minutes waiting for the pizza and it was supposed to be hot and ready and next it wasn't very good the pizza it just was horrible. I don't know if Little Caesars change something but I'll never eat there again.

Pre-ordered 15 pizzas for a get together during BHS. We got about 4 different kinds of pizza, they were all ready at pick up and turned out great. Owner even helped load them in the vehicle.

I walked in and a woman with long black hair came out and stared at me like I had 5 heads. I was confused by her reaction and eventually she said “Umm were closed.” I was confused because their door was unlocked and stated that. She said “WELL we don’t open until 10:30.” She walked off on me and I simply stated “You may want to lock your door if you’re closed then” she laughed and said “mmm How about NOT.”It was so rude of her not only for the way she spoke to me, but for the way she stared at me when I walked in. If your business door is open, don’t act shocked when someone walks in and ESPECIALLY don’t be rude to them if you expect business from them.
